After successfully going through this process with Shalisha and her team I can soundly say that whatever concept I initially had, she has far exceeded it. This is the realtor you want to work with in the DMV. It was such a smooth and stress-free process that I still can't believe my wife and I are homeowners. Hands down the best in the DMV! Shalisha was referred to me by another realtor in NY and we had less than 60 days to find me a home that was close enough to DC, within my budget, safe, things to do in the area, and move in ready. Because of the time crunch, I was stressed, but Shalisha always showed she had it under control. She also has the best team that assisted throughout the process. I would suggest using all of her resources when working with her, especially when it comes to lenders. I went with a lender Shalisha hadn’t worked with and I wish I listened to her. However, her team applied pressure down to the very end to make sure I closed on time. She also negotiated so well on my behalf. Any questions I had, Shalisha always had an answer or the contact/resources to get the answer from. As a first time homebuyer, I felt educated throughout the entire process and look forward to working with Shalisha again.
